For Your Safety:
The Fire Department doesn’t recommend joining flotation devices as there have been incidents of tubes being caught in bridge pillars.
2 stars because we have been stopped half-way at 4.45 PM. Nobody had adviced us of this and we paid the full price.
The pick up at the half point was way too long when we watched several buses pass by to the end point.
Price is different then advertised, which wouldnt be a big deal except unlike what they advertise it is actually only half way available, instead of the full 7km river which they are still advertising. It quickly became apparent why intead of the usual full bus of people home from the end of the line like every year for the past 10 years there was only 10 people on the bus. Staff explained it as "new ownership" so hopefully they go bankrupt soon and it can be sold to an owner who knows what they are doing. Until then never returning. Just but tubes from canadian tire and cab
Response: We are sorry for the inconvenience. We will change the website. Thank you for your comment.
